Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit insurgraph.ai or contact us through it. It covers this website only. Data processed inside the InsurGraphAI platform at a customer is governed by the agreement with that customer.

1. Who is responsible

The controller for this website is Yusuf Arslan (InsurGraphAI), Türkiye. InsurGraphAI is in the process of incorporation; this policy will be updated with the company details once the company is established.

2. What we collect and why

Demo request form. When you submit the form we receive your name, company (optional), email address and your message. We use this information only to answer your request, arrange a demo and follow up on it.

• Legal basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
• We do not sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Emails. If you write to us directly, we use your email and its content to reply.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, to keep the website secure and running. These logs are not used to identify visitors.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

The product video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and is loaded only when you click play. Before that, no connection to YouTube is made apart from loading the preview image. Once you start the video, YouTube (Google) processes data under its own privacy policy.

The links to YouTube, X and LinkedIn are plain links; those services only receive data if you click them.

4. Who processes the data for us

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards the contents of the demo request form to our email inbox.
• Our web and email hosting provider hosts this website and our mailbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Demo requests and related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a customer relationship or you ask us to delete them earlier.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and, in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 – KVKK) you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To use any of these rights, email info@insurgraph.ai. We will answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the authority in the EU country where you live (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and correspondence is limited to the people who need it to answer your request.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when the company is incorporated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
